Healthy Eating: Ways to Enjoy Healthy Food

Eating is what we all do everyday. Without food, we cannot supply our body with the energy to carry out its metabolic activities. However, research shows us that many more are becoming ill as a result of unhealthy diets.
Healthy eating is many times attached to the consumption of tasteless, bland food. This in itself is discouraging considering how good fries, sugar, etc taste and make you feel. Join this Panel on Friday the 17th of December 2021 to learn more.
